If You've Ever
Said This,
You Belong Here

This group is for the man who has been carrying it all and is ready to stop carrying it alone. Not because he's falling apart, but because he's smart enough to know that strength doesn't mean going through it by yourself.

"The strongest thing a man can do is walk into a room and tell the truth."

Jeremiah Hopes, LCMHCS, LCAS

"I carry the weight for everyone. Nobody asks if I'm okay."

"I've tried to open up before, but nobody in the room really got it."

"I know what I should do. I just can't seem to make myself do it."

"I'm not falling apart. I just need someone in my corner."

"I don't have anywhere to say this out loud, not without it being a problem."

"I want to be better. I just don't want to do it alone anymore."

Six Weeks Built on
What Men Actually Need

This isn't therapy disguised as something else. It's a structured, honest space built around the things that help men move forward, together.

01

Brotherhood

You're in the room with men dealing with real things, not just talking about it in theory. The connection that forms in six weeks is the kind that lasts.

02

Emotional Safety

What's said in this room stays in this room. Period. This is a space where you can be honest without it being used against you or turned into a burden someone else has to carry.

03

Accountability

Not the kind that shames you. The kind that reminds you who you're becoming and keeps you moving toward it, week after week.

04

Structured Conversations

Every session has direction and purpose. No wandering. No venting without resolution. Each week builds on the last, guided by a licensed clinician who knows how to hold the space.

05

Practical Tools

You'll leave each session with something you can actually use. Frameworks, language, and approaches that work in real life, under real pressure, in real relationships.

06

Community

One facilitator. Six weeks of showing up. There is something that happens in a small group of men who commit to honesty together and you won't find it anywhere else.

Built to Move You
Forward, Week by Week

Each session is structured, purposeful, and designed to build on the one before. You don't show up to vent. You show up to work, together.

  • Facilitated discussion with clinical structure and real direction
  • Peer accountability built into every session
  • Practical tools and frameworks you can apply immediately
  • A confidential space where honesty is the standard, not the exception
  • A small group, intentionally sized so every man is seen and heard

Led by Someone
Who Gets It

Jeremiah Hopes is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and the founder of The Center of Hopes, LLC in Charlotte, NC.

He built this group because he kept seeing the same man walk through his door: capable, committed, carrying too much, and not sure where to put it. This group is the answer to that. A room where men can be honest, get real support, and leave stronger than they came in.

Jeremiah doesn't just facilitate this group. He holds the space for it, with structure, clinical expertise, and the kind of understanding that only comes from working with men who are serious about doing the work.
